Q. WHERE CAN I BUY A THERMANN UNIT FROM?

Thermann hot water units are all available from Reece Plumbing stores. Find your nearest store here.

Q. DO I NEED TO SERVICE MY HOT WATER UNIT?

We recommend getting your unit inspected annually by a licensed plumber to ensure optimum operation.

Q. WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE NO HOT WATER?

If you have controllers installed, are they turned on?
Is there power to the home, or to the unit?
Is the unit showing any fault code showing on the unit? Refer to the Owners Guide to identify any fault codes.
If none of these options work, please contact your plumber or your nearest Reece Plumbing branch who can request a service call for you.

Q. HOW MUCH DOES INSTALLATION COST?

Installation costs vary depending on your current home situation, and if any plumbing elements require upgrading or changing. It is best to consult with a licensed plumber to get a detailed quote for installation.

Q. DO I NEED REMOTE CONTROLLERS FOR MY CONTINUOUS FLOW?

Controllers are not required, however they are recommended where you would like to control the temperature of the water delivered to various areas of your home. Up to 3 controllers can be installed per continuous flow unit and can be quite helpful in preventing small children from being scalded by hot water.

Q. CAN I ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE?

Small adjustments may be made, however in all cases please consult with a licensed plumber. Any adjustments to temperature can only be made by a licensed plumber.
